My work - client report is a user work management and time-tracking application designed to help freelancers, consultants, professionals, service providers, and small businesses organize their work.

2. Information You Enter Into the App

The App allows you to enter and manage information necessary for its client-management and work-tracking features.

  • Client phone or WhatsApp numbers

  • Amounts associated with work
  • Notes entered for work sessions
  • Currency preferences
  • Other information you voluntarily enter into the App

3. Local Storage of Your Work Data

Client information, work sessions, amounts, notes, preferences, and related work-management information are primarily stored locally on your device.

The App uses Android local storage technologies, including a local Room database and application preferences, to provide its functionality.

We do not operate a cloud account system for storing your client and work-session database as part of the core functionality of the App.

However, third-party advertising services integrated into the App may separately collect or process certain information as described in the "Advertising and Third-Party Services" section below.

4. Backup, Export and Import

The App may allow you to export client and work-session information to CSV files for backup or portability.

When you choose to export information, the exported file may contain information that you previously entered into the App.

You are responsible for protecting exported files and controlling where those files are stored, copied, uploaded, or shared.

The App may also allow you to select and import compatible backup or CSV files from your device.

5. Sharing Reports

The App may allow you to generate and share work reports using Android's sharing functionality.

For example, you may choose to share a report using WhatsApp, email, messaging applications, cloud storage applications, or other compatible applications installed on your device.

Sharing occurs only when you choose to use the applicable sharing feature. Once information is shared with another application or service, its handling is governed by that application's or service's own privacy practices.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

My work - client report may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.

The App integrates advertising technologies that may include:

  • Google Mobile Ads / Google AdMob
  • Unity Ads

7. Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising

Depending on your geographic region, device settings, age eligibility, consent choices, and applicable laws, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

Where required, users may be presented with privacy or consent choices related to advertising technologies.

You may also be able to manage certain advertising privacy preferences through your Android device settings or through privacy controls provided by the applicable advertising provider.

8. Advertising Consent

Where required by applicable law or advertising platform policies, the App and/or its advertising partners may request consent before using certain information for personalized advertising.

Users in certain regions, including the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with applicable privacy requirements, may receive additional privacy and consent options.

9. Internet Access

Core work-management information is designed to be stored locally. However, an internet connection may be used by third-party advertising services to request, display, measure, and manage advertisements.

Other external applications or services that you choose to use for sharing may also require internet access.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures in the design of the App to protect locally stored information.

However, no electronic storage method, device, application, or data transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are encouraged to protect their devices with appropriate security features such as a PIN, password, fingerprint, or other device-lock mechanism.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored locally by the App generally remains on your device until you delete it, remove individual records, use an available delete/reset feature, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.

The App may provide options to delete clients, work sessions, or other locally stored information.

Uninstalling the App generally removes information stored in the App's private local storage, subject to Android backup/restore behavior and files that you separately exported outside the App.

Information processed independently by advertising providers is subject to those providers' respective retention and deletion practices.

12. Children's Privacy

My work - client report is a productivity and business utility application and is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly design the App to request children to provide personal information through the App's core client-management functionality.

Advertising and third-party SDK behavior may be subject to additional requirements depending on the App's Google Play target audience settings and the user's jurisdiction.

13. Third-Party Privacy Policies

This Privacy Policy applies to My work - client report and does not control the privacy practices of third-party services.

We encourage users to review the privacy policies of third-party services that may be used by or in connection with the App, including:
